Locked In (Zombie Bedtime Stroies) - Thea Gregory

Bio:

I was born in a small town in western Quebec, and raised on a farm.  Imagination was a big part of life on the farm, as well as a voracious appetite for books. I left for the big city when I was 17, and I've defined my life by overcoming and surviving just about any challenge that can be put to a person. I now live in Montreal with my boyfriend,
my two cats (Pip and Bonk) and his two cats (Milo and Zeus).

Product Description:

While on a call, junior paramedic Haley is attacked by a friend. She
is sent home early to rest and recover from her injuries, but rest
does not come easily for her. She begins to change, but into what? Can
she be herself again, or will she destroy the lives of those she loves
most?

What will e-readers like about your book?

They will like the fresh, chilling angle on zombie fiction, written
from the zombie’s perspective. It’s gruesome and gory, and from the
best possible vantage point.

Why did you go indie?

I wanted to keep control over my work and ideas. Also, the idea of
writing endless query letters seems pointless – I could be writing
something I enjoy instead.

Who are your favorite authors in your genre?

It’s not quite a zombie book, but I loved Mary Shelly’s Frankenstein.
I also enjoy H.P. Lovecraft
